Gabriele Crognale, PE, the founder of MCG & Associates, a private environmental consulting practice, is affiliated with the Institute of Professional & Executive Education at Merrimack College (www.merrimack.edu), specializes in ISO 14001 implementation and auditing assistance, and related training services.

He has over 28 years in the environmental field. He has worked for a number of international consulting firms, and has provided contract services to a number of accredited registrars and EMS Lead Auditor course providers, and for several prominent universities. Of note, he has developed a series of ISO 14001 implementation practical how-to course modules for providing guidance to facility personnel seeking to implement their own environmental management system (EMS) that can allow them to move beyond aspects and impacts identification.

He is also on the Advisory Panel for Maintenance Management (BBP) and is the Editor of Environmental Management Strategies: The 21st Century Perspective, published by Prentice-Hall (1999).
